The only connection Ican think of:
The 1st Capricorn was a Star-motor produced engine in the time Bertin started up the TO Alpha line also produced by Star-motor. I did read somewhere Bertin did take an office at Star-motor?

In a short time these engines were produced side by side.

Bertin uses a lot of capricorn parts on his car's, probably sponsored by Capricorn.

At one stage he had the entire Lab C01 front end on his kyosho, but I think Kyosho wasn't really pleased with that.
