I was wondering if the rally kit for the tc3 fit the nitro version.

No it won't fit. But i'll bet if you just removed the screws to adjust the droop, pop on some rally tires and get the softest springs, it would be a decent rally car.

I've been thinking about doing that to my car. But just can't afford it right now.

I saw a ntc3 on eBay awhile ago that had rally tires on, so I think he was using it as a rally car.
