OV Opheim led the first 7 laps of the Master's A-Main, until a back marker refused to let him by and caused him to make a mistake. Eli Ezrow led much of the race, until a broken drive belt took him out. Skip Starkey was right up with the leaders, took over the lead, and never looked back, making it look easy!

As the 1/10 Sedan Main neared the end, there were two cars on the lead lap, Ralph Burch, and Paul Lemieux. Paul had a nice lead, and took the win. That's Paul, 4th from the left, up on the stand as he goes onto the straightaway.

Two cars qualified less than a second apart, but Ralph Burch got a bad start and Josh Cyrul completely dominated the 1/8 4WD Main. Aaron Buran was two laps back, with Sal Difazio a lap behind, but Josh just kept collecting laps. His car seemed to be on rails, and never in the race looked out of shape. There was lots of struggling going on, but it was all back in the pack.

Josh's whole family came out to the race, and his dad Jerry acted as pitman. Here's Josh and Jerry, less than a minute after the end of the race.

Here's those members of the GLC crew, who were still left at the track around 6pm. Most everyone else was gone, and they were in the process of cleaning the area. I'm pretty sure they had just as great a time at the event as the racers who signed up!!! ....and in fact, quite a few of these guys raced too!
