Default cooling head question

i have a scratched purple anodized novarossi cooling head. is there any way to "re-anodize" the head to make it look brand new? any other suggestions? if anything, i was going to sand down the head and then put high temperature paint. i'm not sure if that's a good idea though. i've heard of people sandblasting the head. is this advisable and who does that kind of work? thanks guys.

Some time ago I scratched mine cooling head during some laps with a lola body (believe me, it hurted me more than the cooling head). Was p*ssed by the scratches on the head and sandblasted it....

After some sandblasting, the head was much good looking than the previous purple finish and the visual look improved on it. You can sandblast it and see how looks... will not repent.
