Having run both of these motors, I would say the JP is better. Both motors are balistic, but the JP has been trouble free. The picco has already had major surgery and both are around the same age. Hurry up and get the JP P7L Black Modified before they realize they are selling this motor way to cheap.

Major surgery? The new IDM EVO 3 (spec II) is absolutly trouble free with its new carburator.

I would go with Novarossi or Nova based engines
The Picco or Picco based engines are fast but the rods are there main weakness
