Today my wheels began to lock up while i was running it and its hard to rotate my tires what can this be?

Any suggestions to what this is?

Check the bearings at each hub. Take the drive shaft out and see if it is at one end or the other. There are many bearings in the drive train.... start there. Did something work it's way to one of the diffs. Did the one way bearing go out in the two speed.

oo ok well right now all four tires are hard to rotate whens its off

The two speed is the only connection between the two ends... look there

The NTC3 are famous for the gears in the diffs going out. If this happens at either the front or the rear, the wheels will lock up. The gears are plastic/composite material, and are really not very strong.
Pull the diff cases out one at a time, and see if the gears are stripped.
