I widened the bit holder so it would fit the Hudy bit. No problems at all.

I purchased my carbide blade from a guy who makes hop up parts for several car kits and truers. I don't have his info with me now, but I will track it down and post it for everyone. He is out of the midwest and the blade cost about $35 dollars.I picked it up from him at the Winternats, and the blade is a perfect fit without modification to the truer. Ken H.

Man, that sounds great! I cut my bit down but it never fit right and cuts a groove into the tire. I gave up trying to get it work so now I just use the saw blades. Would be nice to get one that actually fits.

Was it from Murdock racing? That's the bit I have. I had to shave down about 1mm from the holder to make it fit.
