I am considering this engine for my Proceed. I understand it is done by Novarossi. Anybody has had it? Can it keep up with the Novamega or Novarossi?

the engine is plenty fast. a guy around here had it for his proceed and it is a rocket. but the engine is an "older" novarossi so for the money you may be able to pick up something better.

It costs about $75 to $100 less than a Nova Mega or Novarossi Race. I only race locally although the competition have mostly RB's and Novamegas. I just don't want to be too far behind.

isn't the hpi .21rc just an exact copy of the novarossi rx21 ss? if so, then that should be plenty of power.
