Remember guys on line registration opens tonight at 7:00pm PST, www.ROARRacing.com

If you have any issues with registration please feel free to email me or call me at 209-481-2879, I'm in California, I'm sure I'll be up late so don't worry about the time.

A reminder that you must be a current ROAR member thru the last day of this event 9/6/09 to be a confirmed entry. Only confirmed entries are guaranteed a spot in this race.

Just to let the people know that have contacted the club for reserved pit spots, they have been received. I am in the process of creating a drawing of the entire pit area and marking off the drivers needing spots. If you sent emails in, you may not get a response by tonight. Don't be alarmed you will probably be contacted tomorrow at the latest.

The breakdown for paying for the spots will be done at the track. No payment ahead of time is necessary. We will be policing the racers pitting that have not paid when they arrive. You WILL need to pay tp pit under the permanent structures. It will be $20 per spot. The spots are pretty big in size and can easily fit one racer running 2 classes. But you can reserve 1 spot per class you enter. I will try to get a picture of the tables this weekend at our club race. Some of the tables have been made, but more are planned to be completed by the GLC race.

Those that were at the GLC last year noticed we had permanent pit areas. They have been moved about 15 feet away from the track (used to be only 5 feet) due to noise issues. And to add to that we have now started fabricating the open spaces between them. Those that didn't like the cross bars across the bottoms will be happy too, they are gone now! Photos will be posted once the project has been completed.

FYI... Racers planning on coming with RVs or trailers, we will have designated areas for you to park. A map of the track area will be out prior to the event so you will know where to park when you arrive. Camping is allowed but there is no power and waste will have to be dumped at the Flying J gas station about 10 minutes away.

Gentlemen: So far registrations are going very well. The following list are those folks who need to contact us regarding their membership status. The status must be current through the dates of the event. Even if your current now, if your membership expires before the last day of racing, we cannot verify your entry, which means somebody else could get your spot.

So, if you are or know a person on the below list, please ask them to renew their membership (online or through the mail). The new expiration date will be one year from the current expiration date.

Quick question, if this is the case than why was the races separated??

If so and its through the dates of the event, the Administrator will move your entry to the verified list. Its updated immediately once he clicks the right buttons.

That posting was just a notification.
