Speaking of M3 parts:

I just put the M3 rear uprights and wing mount on my Evolva, which started life as a 2003. I had to do a little removal of plastic on the upper arms to clear the linkage but other than that it all just bolts together.

I should find out next week how it works, if it ever quits raining and being too cold to go outside.

The 2-speed shaft is the same as the Evolva FM515, The mid shaft is also the same (FM514) I'm told we will get some new ti shafts from Delta Mfg. any day now. Delta Dave are you listening? Maybe YBslow will work on this also? Brad?

I should get new Empire Racing M3 items early next week. I'll try to get pictures and get them posted on site as soon as I can.

I'm not aware of anyone making the 03/05/07 Evolva battery tray in brass. What a lot of Evolva racers have use to make weight is a 5cell AA 2700mah pack which give a LOT of run time and will bring the car up to weight.

Robert.... anyone make a rear axle for the Evolva yet that's worth at least 2 or three races without getting torched

BTW- that 2700mah pack kicks butt!! You need to take 1.5mm off each side of the battery opening on the chassis for the tray to be able to be removed from the bottom of the car- otherwise you need to remove the upper deck to get the pack out of the car.

Thanks for the info. I have to add weight to make legal and the 2200's I have now don't come in and out to well from the bottom of the chassis.
