There is a thread about it buried somewhere on this site. The problem is no one seems to be able to find the front pulleys anymore. I think they were from an older car. Also, you would need a lathe to modify the front axle a bit unless you could find an original Queller modified one.

Tried some places for a belt tensioner in front for NT1, but havent figured it out ...

Yeah.... after reading some info about front belt wide conversion, the biggest problem is finding the pulley : No one is making wide 24T pulley anymore !!

I think if 16T pulley is the problem due to small diameter, then I guess I need to find ( or custom order ) 68 teeth front belt first, so I can fit in 18T pulley.

You may be able to get that belt now. Josh at CEFX has come up with an 18 tooth pulley for the Shepherd now. Though he is also using a 27 (I think) tooth pulley on the front axle so the belt for this conversion might be too long.

For the belt the stock one should be s3m201 (67t). If you need sligthly longer belt try the kyosho evolva front belt 207 (s3m207 (69T)). It is 6mm long and the pitch is same as the mugen or shepherd belt.
