Default .21 engine temps (F) - good region to be at?

Just curious what sort of engine temperatures you 1/8th on-road people run at?

What safe temperatures should we stay below of?

I am referring to racing all day at this temperature will not ruin the engine.

Cheers

I have a Mega EVO. 4 on my Serpent NT. To maintain the maxmium life of engine, I usually run the engine below 100 degree C in practice. While in racing, I always keep the engine running at 110 degree C or a little more higher in order to extract its power. This is my own practice. correct me if I am wrong.
