Default mini video cam in RC car

Hi

Has anybody ever fitted a mini video cam in an RC car? I have just got one that runs off of a 9v battery and transmitts to a tv. I want to fit it to my Xray and take a vid of the laps of the track.

Anybody ever done this?

Cheers

Yes but it was very choppy, jerky and bumpy.

Default Video for RC Cars!

If you mount the camera properly you can get some decent video. Here is what we shot at TFB Racway in ATL during one heat. The balance of the was off due to the camera being mounted to the roof and battery on body in front of wing.

I have a mini B&W wireless setup, I just have to figure out how and where to mount it to keep it protected...

2 laps

Mpeg version for those who are too "busy" to download divx (or on modems)

And the divx version encoded at a higher bitrate (better quality).
