Default Associated TC3 questions

I recently bought a used TC3. It has the AE .12 pull start motor. It needs cleaning and new tires.

What glow plug does this motor use?

What oil do I use in the shocks?

Any good hop ups I should do?

When cleaning up the car, what should I use? Is it easiest to disassemble the car?

Not 100% sure but being a stock rtr motor i would say it's a standard plug. So a #6 or #7 plug from O.S. or RB should do the trick.

For shock oil probably 25-40wt as the holes in the piston are probably small.

Either a degreaser from the hobby shop works (don't use real cars degreaser as you have to wash it off) but it's expensive so metho in a squirt bottle works good and is cheap. Combine this with an air compressor and a toothbrush or paintbrush and it will be shiny new again. Some places might be hard to get into so you may have to take a few things off but you shouldn't dismantle the whole car unless you want to do a total over haul. Just make sure you don't get any metho or degreaser into your electronics

Thanks for the input. Is this what you mean by degreaser:

Ill be racing my ntc3 this season. It will be my first season back in 5 years. I will also be using my old, but new mugen mt12 motor. hopefully this thing still holds its own against todays newer chassis.
