I wanted to say thanks to Kevin for the tires! We had our first race here in NY and the tires performed great as usual. Your always prompt with the shipping and the price is right.

I want to thank Kevin and Twister Tire for the great support. This past weekend I was able to take my Kyosho RRR to a top 3 finish at the Tornado challenge down at 301. My car Handled beautiful all weekend had AWESOME traction and minimal tire wear. Definitly the tire of choice for the Capitol Classic in June.

Typical tire compounds rabge from 37-42 shore. Depends of the surface. For 45 minute finals most people run 42 or 45 shore, if the traction is good. If not you may have to go softer.

Hope this helps,

Another great outing, Twister tire proform well the whole weekend plenty of grip at the Motonica Grand Prix in Las Vegas and I finish 5th in the 1hr. A main after being out of the race for 10-15min.

thanks dj apolaro you are always helpfull. the traction is usualy low to medium so 37 and 40 shore tires for a 30 min final should be good.

Just wanted to say thanks to Twister Tires USA and Kevin for the great customer service. I ordered foam touring car tires last Monday and on Wednesday they were at my door. I have not used them before, but will try them this year. Good pricing and great service.

Thanks Again.

hi,DJ
If at a track with low to med traction? should I run softer in the front and harder in the back or the other way around?
thanks

Harder in the front this will give the car an over all push, thus creating more rear traction.

Yes, but not really. There hasn't been enough development into the tires yet to be competitive on american tracks.
