Default head shims and 30% question

decided on an RB Rody V12 after all the questions i asked here. btw - thanks, everyone here seems to be very knowledgable.

my question is that i plan on running 30% in this mill - do i need to shim the head at all, and if so, how do i do it? also - since this is a modded engine, will it already be setup for higher nitro content fuel? finally - is break in any different with a modded engine, and can i use 30% for break in, or no?

i pick this engine up on friday, so quick responses would be appreciated. thanks.

Try using MC-8 medium plugs.

Default Shims

The Rody v/12 comes shimed for a max of 25% nitro, just add a .010mm. shim between the head button and the engine.
