Pull the head off of your engine and look at how high your sleeve sticks out of the block. The O'Donnell head has a recess that the top of the sleeve fits into. On my RB Concepts X12 the top of the sleeve is almost flush with the top of the block so I could not use it on there but it just fits onto my Mugen MT12.

I haven't run it as I bought the head for a different engine (the X12) . Now it's going into yet another engine that is on order at my LHS. If it doesn't fit that engine then it will go on the MT12 but that engine already has a nice Kawahara head on it.

The MT12 is a long rod engine which is different from the X12. The sleeve sits differently. That explains why you could fit it on the X12 because the O Donnel head was specifically made for long rod engines which are now defunct and almost non existant.

Hmm, I use a Zac Project head on my MT's and RB x12 Turbos, with no problem at all.
