Anyway, anyone have any suggestions, and as crazy as this sounds, how bad would it be to run AE shocks and springs?
Is the AE rear shocks long enough? I know their springs are good.

Check here for what you need about that broken shock,

Default KHM

KHM 21 is the best engine money can buy.
Just name it, bottom torque.. mid power and screaming top end you have them all !!
About ceramic bearing in standard engine (RR), it is worthed!
If money is not an issue, go ahead..
Prepare to tighten your centax 1/4-1/2 turn more.
And yes! they produce different pitching sound in the end of straight.

On KHM21. I only dare to use 85 C top end needle.
And after half gallon heat and final my plug is just like new, I guess im only using 80% of their power.
Enough for me.

You mean to see what a KHM engine would be like and how it would perform, you bought a 1/8th scale and slap the .21 KHM in?

Do you see the engine being able to rev easier and at higher RPMs with ceramic bearings?

I guess the different sound pitch is due to the engine being able to rev higher? No?

Just to test, Im not a good salesman. I can not sell something that I never use.

Truly, it just like pyramid told me, bigger..easier. For novice like me, without practice, using 950R(VanGastel setup)im easily slip into A main, start no6 and finish no.5 it should be mean something. It does not mean Im a good driver (8 laps behind no1 ) we just need to "follow the head" and apply throttle earlier.

Feels lighter, you will notice extra bottom torque once you blip the trigger. More top end is just a matter of less friction from bearing side.

Hmm.. interesting, not sure about this. Both factors can caused that.

WEll, I don't know if I would have won without running out of fuel. It would have been a close battle though.

Shoot Rene????? Nah, don't think so

Naah, that's a little cruel. I think a better way (or perhaps more cruel) would be not to buy him beer.

Fastest laps:
Rick: 16.539
Julius: 16.517

In the end I think I was 2 laps down. On average I think the laptimes were equal. Rick was very consistent during the whole final. I may have had some quicker laps but also some slower....

Ricks laps of the day:

My laps:

The final started at 15:49 Laps earlier were in warmup practice.

If the engine is in the car both will spin of course. If the engine is out the 2nd gear should be able to spin free.
