I will post all my podium finish photos.

I will post all the pics of building, from start to finish, to running the engine in to racing...:D :D :D

I like the look of this track with its nice curves - the other two are a little bit too "square", if you know what I mean. But still, nice selection of tracks to drive on

Thank you Mark for the great advice... she got cross with me and nearly took the top of my head off when I told her I wanted to get a 705 as well.... :( but anyways... this track looks like it may need some rather tall gears... it is the longes track in the country.

SO I guess nobody knows where to get pre made 800 batteries from. I'm not that good at soldering. I definitely don't want to take a chance with batteries!

None that I know - maybe ask your local dealer - he maybe able to make some up for you.

Cheers, Mark.

Just buy one, but then be clever about when it is "seen" - she won't be able to tell one from the other - so as long as two are seen at the same time, you home and dry

Just finished my Mazda 6. I notice one thing is that dont cut the body post too short like mine. :( Notice that its not sticking out of the body. The lenght of it right now fits the Stratus fine but its too short for the Mazda 6. By looking at this body and shape I think its really nice how low it sits. Cant wait until I take it to the track :sneaky:

Well my girl think I got a cheaper car than a 710hehe I wanted to tell her it was an R40 since those are in the 270 range, but I ended up telling her I got a 705 for 280 isntead of the 710 at 365.00 :sneaky:

Sorry to be sexist!!!!!!!

I see there is a female on the mugen forum who thought the 710 was hard to build compared to a mugen, go figure!!!!!!!    :ha: :ha: :ha:

I just know I'm going to get my head bit off for this one. :sneaky:  :weird:

With same size tires on the 710 you have a little overdrive. If you use more overdrive the turn in (using a one way) is better as the fronts try to slow the car when you get off throttle. Out of corners you will most likely get a little more stability/push than with a 1:1 ratio. Because of the tendency to get oversteer into corners a large front overdrive does not work on slippery tracks. Than you will be better of using a front diff for stability.

In very tight twisty tracks an overdrive might be helpfull. We'll see if a 21 pulley is a worthwile option.
There are no plans yet so no need to ask for release dates :D

Thanks. I'v been using 0.5 mm larger fronts on high bite tracks and have noted on-power push coming out of the high speed sweepers. Have not driven more than a 25 min. main and tire wear seemed to be roughly even. Will try 1:1, thanks.:)
