I love it as much as running in and tuning a brand new engine, building a brand new kit, getting it just perfect. problem is I dont want to race with those bodies... I have 2 unpainted bodies, I just need a compressor and some paint, and I am also going to wait for the kit to arrive so I can build it and line up the body on the car
I think Mark and I share the same thing ! I think you can join crashed_1 ! He practically runs a new bodyshell every weekend ! And believe me, they are fantastic looking ones !

Hey, if you get your bodies painted, show us some pics of your masterpiece work.

I know that running a narrower rear trackwidth somehow gets the tail end of the car moving more fluid and following the front of the car especially when you run a a solid front.
What I noticed with the narrower rear end, was not that the suspension binds, it simply has less travel.

What did you use at first to pin the one-way solid?

I think "crashed" should also be showing some of his work off - not doubt skillfully designed using the right computer

Less travel? With shocks on, how much more travel is required? I mean the suspension travel in the rear is limited by the droop screws already and the ride height of the car. If the rear suspension can travel more, that's redundant I think...

I already have the conversion to solid axle set. Looks very neat and cool.

But only the up-travel is affected with a narrower rear end - it is as if there are up stops. A couple of mm less width makes quite a marked restriction in the up-travel.

I don't have one yet and was wondering if there is anything else to use until I get one? But there again, the pins would probably come quicker than my motor

Right on brother!!!!...Hey D, I got a new unpainted Mazda 6 lying around begging to be dressed. You wanna me to spray it for you?...One condition, I design and choose the colours. Hmmm, lemme see, what colours do Associated drivers use?....

I'll spray for you, but leave some decals at HQ and I'll pick them up.

Ummm, you mean uptravel of the arms (downtravel of the chassis)? I'll check it out tonight.

I feel for you ! Well, it is good and quick solution when the track is slippery. Else, the front diff is always a better compromise when traction is low.

My apologies ! What decals? The one that comes with the body or masking decals for you to paint?
