Well, I used the above with a Salon TC shell last weekend. I needed to trim that bumper a little and mount the front part of the bodyshell lower so that it goes under the body.
Phew! Thought you'd gone to the darkside for a moment there

And you were happy with the performance?

Just the three parts I mentioned: newer servo saver, the thicker rear sway bars and the two part diff ring. Small improvements on an already very good package.

Cheers, Mark.

the servo saver+ diff ring combo : $11.55
Thicker rear anti roll bar: $12.60

less then 30US and bring you the true power of 710

Damn D!!

Is this your car.......if so, how do you keep it soo clean!?!?

Also I notice some spacers on the front shock tower between the bulkhead.........very nice!

I too was thinking about use the Lola bumper for this coming up season but I still have a few of the TC bumpers left...I'll wait until I use all of those.

Hard to say. No complains though except that the front nose where the PT is installed, it is pretty soft and I kinda bent it (did not break) as I bumped the rear of another car. The front lip folded slightly and got stuck at the nuts where the bumper gets held on by the screws. But it's still ok.

Uncle Crash claims that you get lower CG in the front bumper(because the total assembly now sits lower) and therefore steers better. Perhaps not too much for me I guess since I was using the 3Racing one which was heavier than stock anyways...

Would it not be worth still placing a foam bumper on top of the lola bumper, to support the body shell at the front? I would have thought the body shell would be prone to splitting if you have a front end smash without the foam bumper?

I always ask the same question about your TC bodies...

Well, I learn from the best... Uncle Crash. Anyway, you only saw the front. I bet if you got Mark to scrutinise the pic, you'll see things that you should not have been there... A very buggy version of the dirt filter I got.

That's the conical aluminum spacer piece used on the DRS arm. Additional two shims used inside the shocks.

True. I had one incident when the front part of the shell "caved in" and crumpled. Exactly like a 1:1 scale accident.

But I guess that's because the bumper was not under the body.

One thing though is I like the extra thick front body post. What da ya expect? It's from a 705 ! 808144.
