tyres
I have a question we are having our nationals in a about 6 weeks, we just had our ultimate open at the same place, and after running a 20min final i didnt have much rear tyre left, now for the nationals it is 30min's i am already running 42 rear any ideas on how to make the tyre wear last longer? or is it just driving skill
P.S i will be using the new 21t middle pully if that makes a difference |

Hi Sow,
I was at Ray's place last week to get my copy of the worlds. He has some more interesting stuff coming soon if your into electric 1/12. Mark was just awesome in the wet he made it look all so easy, than again I suppose talented people tend to do that. Simon Originally posted by Sow&Steady And you should see the Ray Woods DVD ... awesome, especially one of his lower finals done on a completely wet track ... smoked everyone by 6 laps. |

Simon Yes, I'm afraid the Brits do not have have a lot of choice when it comes to wet racing. When I first came over I couldn't believe it. In Asia we just don't race when its raining ... for one, the rain there is REAL rain whereas here its more like a misty spray. The trouble is this goes on almost all year so if you don't race in the wet or on damp tracks then forget doing RC. |
