PS: MS driving 1/8.. a class of its own. Very surprised to see Rick V able to finish the final with his super HARD driving style... a guy to watch for in the future.. a very friendly person. Masimo and Fabio.. very funny guys.

Default Photo requested: 710 shock mod, Veteq style

Hi guys,

I know someone did a 710 shcok mod to mount front and rear shock in Veteq style (horizontally along chassis axis). I saw the photo before but can't find it anywhere now. Does anyone has photo of such mod?

Thanks!

I believe that was a completely different car (utilizing a lot of serpent parts) which has not been release till now (not from Serpent Motorsport)

There are a lot of guys, including locals too that could not shows his maximum driving ability due to the track condition, bad lucks (rainning + only 2 heats). Most affected is 1/10 guys as practice is very limited (unless you came a week before as suggested by D) and not maximum because the fear of running with the 1/8. I believe some 1/10 drivers made unofficial complain about only 2 qualifying heats.

I hope MS posts his 1/8 car that`s been smacked on the straight line by Cheung (Wing Jet hobby shop owner) to see what its like if it were 1/10 being hit.

ha ha.. that is racing.
I guess we overconfidence ourself would be in the A main by looking at the practice timing. But after the rain, the traction never be the same as Friday evening.
But it was a great race and 1 damn good chicane.

That is true. But then given time to other guys, they would also improve their lap times... So in the end it's who improves better. You may or may not improve at the end of the day...
