i started my carl ike 4 times the msot brakes wer enevr on properly now when i take lever off and turn the shaft the brakes dotn work at all can my pads be done already? also the brake disc should be flat on the pads right? not the metal part of the pads but the soft side?

I see, not sure about 45T alu diff pulley as I have not use and never tought of wanting to use it. For other pulleys on the car (beside brake also), do let us know if you still find them OK.
