Originally posted by Pyramid Hallo Pak, I'm writing you here from Changi Airport. They are not sent to DTS JITC yet since we plan to hand carry them this Saturday. In case you are not coming for the race, please call Arifin as all the package should have been with him by now.. New servo saver: those two holes is nearer to the centerline as well as longer to the front of the car compared with standard s saver. Should provide less ackerman by design. I wont be coming to the race - again - sorry dude, but I will try my best next time, when things have been sorted out. I've ordered the new rear bars and a mega shirt from DTS JITC. |

Originally posted by InitialD ...Yeah that's a quick way but I would look into the rear toe in. Less rear toe in = more on power steering not to mention higher top speed. |
Originally posted by crashed_1 Nah, my yellow shoes are still sitting pretty on my JP FX waiting for the next big race here...if it ever comes. Have you managed to get your front arms un binded? Lemme know how you did it.;) I find the yellow cluth definitely wears. Not as dramatic as the black but it sitll wears a little more. Tkae your pinion clutch bell out and look at your clutch, if it does not appear to be wearing out then its probably glazed and is therefore not performing as it should be. |

Originally posted by Sow&Steady Crashed, either you're not practising enough or you're not looking at the clutch. I find the yellow cluth definitely wears. Not as dramatic as the black but it sitll wears a little more. Tkae your pinion clutch bell out and look at your clutch, if it does not appear to be wearing out then its probably glazed and is therefore not performing as it should be. I think I had the clutch gap set too small and there was too little end play. This time I rebuilt it with a 6mm clutch gap - as best as I could measure it and left, as Glenn recommended, 0.1mm endplay. To ensure I got 0.1, I added 0.1 spacers until there was no endplay and then removed the last added spacer. Lets see if it makes a difference  |
