Hi just to maintain you inform how the snake is doing in Panama;

One of our club driver from the expert group went hi look the way my 710 was performing he decided to change from R40 to 710, I help him with the building of the car and Set Up.

The result was that he broke the record of our small track and finish first with the TQ

I have been busy building my second 710 so now their two I will be raising again on Sunday the 12, mist last race because work I was in the US.

If there is anyone that knows, it's got to be Sow&Steady or markp27. These guys seem to have so much time to tinker with there 710's. Anyway would appreciate any input also the plastic end on the Xray driveshaft would seem to negate the problem with the dogbone wearing a notch in the ball diff.

B4, thanks for the complements to me and MarkP but alas, we're just two olf farts pretending to tinker with our 710s. Actually MarkP is the older farter than me! :sneaky:

MarkP just built an XRay ... wondered if he tested the driveshaft or looked at the dimensions.

I nearly oredered a set of these XRay stuff but decided to cancel it in the end as I heard Serpent may be releasing a few things soon ... :sneaky:

Becuase our track is made up of painted islands we have 23 possible track layouts clockwise and anti clockwise

Benarty sounds like a formidable challenge.

So true, so true ...B4, you're right too, D needs to pull his thumb out of his ... ermm RING book and do some investigation.

Regarding Michael's car I'm pretty sure it was D ( who else ;) ) who first spotted this.
No, it was you who mentioned it first I think. Hmmm ... maybe D?

D is reacently not so quick on the forums, but it may well be due to RING abuse

Anyway, I broke one today (rear right dogbone) just as the main started. Happened on the straight, car veered off to the right and then flipped 3 feet into the air, doing at least 3 full sumersaults! :(

End of race ...

I'm really worried about our friend here ... keeps forgetting stuff. Soon he'll show up at AMCC with a "lawnmower" instead of his 710!!!

 Man that Ring mastery for dummies must be paying off! I knew I should have ordered a copy
And I will ordering a bunch of spurs. Stripped 2 61t spurs today ... both times running 16-21 pinions. I think this one Serpent needs to own up. Not even Pyramid's solution seemed to work.

Finally raced with 17-22 ...

The 16/61 combo, you must really mesh is tighter. Slant the engine a little if you must.

If not, then go with 16/60. That'll be better.

I ran my 710 for the first time today. I must say it is much smoother than the NTC3. I like it. Although I did manage to break to. Is anyone running the cvd's for this car or are the stock dog bones better.
Thanks in advance.
