Default RC Mushroom

Hello,

Not sure if there was a better place to post this, but has anybody ordered stuff from rc-mushroom.com? And was the experience good or bad?

Thanks

I did ordered four times from rc mushroom website, and one time i personally visited rc mushroom's office in hong kong. It's real company.

As long as you paid the bill, they will send you the merchandise.

I've been buying for more than a year without major problems. Once I bought a receiver with problem, but they helped to contact the supplier and ship for repair. In general, it is a good shop.

I would like to see also a better and more clear warranty on all kind of RC products especially engines.

To many times I have seen shops not taking warranty issues even if the manufacturer has declared to take his responsibillity when something is wrong and indeed as mentioned most of them are internet shops.
But also to many manufacturers are hiding theirself when they know a product (batch) is not good, that has to stop.

RC-Mushroom is real. Check out their pictures at http://rc-mushroom.com/about_us.php

blip: I have to agree with you. RC manufactures should clearly state about the warranty. I have no doubt that some batches with issue and they try to hide.

My last experience with this website was about 2 week ago which I bought the 4pk and I place the order with a Credit card and they ask to provide a Photo ID, a billing statement and the copy of the Credit card which I did all this stuff. But in this day in age where ID theft is very high I was very scare about providing all that information. I understand where the company is coming from but I think thats asking to much information. The store is great but I will not order from them I did not like handing all that information that I had to provide...

You want to know why ?

RC mushroom don't want to get involved in credit card fraud situation because RC Mushroom will be forced ( by HongKong's Law )to refund the money back to credit card companies until they resolved the fraud. If RC Mushroom don't want to cooperate, the credit card companies will stop the merchant account.

That's why RC mushroom wanted to make sure that you are the real owner of the credit card used in the transaction by providing them the last 3 months of credit card billing statements and a photo ID ( to see credit card name and address are matched as in photo ID ) ). However, this is one time procedures only, applicable to your first purchase.

If you don't like it, you can use paypal or telegraphic transfer.
