Hey Dennis, can I be one of your torture-er's?

I'm real good at torturing engines!

The MRX-3 could use a few things but the one thing I would pay for right now would be front swaybar holders. Kawahara makes them for the MTX-3 but not the 1/8 scale.

OFNA is a good looking car, but not worth the investment for a set of diff and drive pinion gears. I like proven winners... and I like my NTC3.

If RD would produce a set of aluminum/steel diff/drive pinion gears for the NTC3, that would take care of the last weakness I have experienced with the car. The aluminum diff cases produced by RD has eliminated that weakness with the NTC3...

Thanks for your input...

I would like to see a manifold/pipe combo for my Scumacher R12... I had to bend the $%#@& out of a std rear ex manifold to get it to fit inside the body and away from the front tire... the stock manifold has a very differnt shape and a short pipe.

Have you tried the Mugen exhaust manifold... the new one that was made for the MST-1 and other 1/10 trucks? That is much flatter than pipes for touring cars... should work.

And on the matter at hand... I hope your engines turn out as good as I hope they will... and cheaper than I'm imagining .

Thanks for the input guys we'll kick some of these ideas around and see if their feasable, especially the metal diff gears. I almost had some made back when I had a tc3

Thanks Dennis. Good to know that others have felt the "Weak Diff Gear" pain and are considering an alternative. That would make a lot of us NTC3 guys very happy.

Any new Rd logic pipe needs a tighter manilfold to cater for the lower engine mounts etc!
