That is kind of a reach, considering how long it looks like he was out for, I'd say it was something more serious, it don't take 'that' long to replace a gear...

I know Zeppin Racing have a few aftermarket chassis's available for the MTX5 and i also believe Arena have one as well. Some of them are 7075 spec alloy, but i am unsure what grade the standard Mugen one is...

CSO do a 3.2mm in hard anodized 7075, Arena do a 3.3mm in 7075 also hard anodized.

Though I have no idea if either brand is great or not, I am surprised though that the stock Mugen chassis does not at least come hard anodized, I know my MBX chassis did...

It makes you wonder why so many Capricorn drivers hang out in the MTX5 thread?????? Must be scared of something?????

Hang on, I don't think the old Chickentrader actually drives a car Capricorn or not, could be wrong though.....

Lars spends as much time on the MTX5 thread as i do on the cap thread.

Lars, i've been eying out some capricorn parts for the MTX5, those teflon ball ends look cool, don't think i need them, but they look cool . When is capricorn going to release some lightweight parts for the 5!?
