Novarossi RX.21 won't start
i bought a used novarossi rx.21 and i can't start it because fuel isn't flowing through the fuel tube. when i disconnect the fuel tube to the high end needle inlet and siphon it, fuel flows from the tank. i think maybe my needle settings on my engine are off so much that fuel isn't able to get sucked in. any ideas? thanks. btw, the piston and sleeve fit is still really tight so i don't think that the motor is too used.

no start
This is the odvious question... fuel lines or on correctly...stater spinning it the proper direction?? Have you tried priming it by loosening the glow plug and running it on the starter??
Now if it's used it probably ran before you got it so you must assume it's in your install/set-up...check the basics if you haven't all ready...i don't think closing all the needles would restrict the carb to the point of it at least giving a kick....
