Yes there were some grammatical errors in his announcement but consider that he is French and yet his spelling and grammar are better than 90% of the Americans that post on this forum. Besides, I'm more interested in what he was saying.

If English is his second (or third, or...) language I retract my statement. STILL...such releases should be proof read.

As far as the announcement, sounds like RB plan to remain in business. Microsoft has done pretty well without Paul Allen (the real "brains" behind the operation) for quite a while now.

Sean, you were too nice to the guy, he obviously doesn't know Rody. What a dick!

"Hello Everybody, this mail is to inform you that I will leave RB at the end of December 2008.
Richard Gautruche and me have decided to separate as business partners. This decision is made with the agreement of both parties. With this operation Richard will become the sole owner of RB since this is needed to ensure the growth of RB and it's sister company Modelco. This is the beginning of something new for both parties. I would like to thank everybody with who I had the pleasure to work with during my time at RB and hope to keep in good contact with all of you.
Sincerely, Rody Roem"

I corrected and high lighted. What's that? A C+? Not too bad in my book

Not bad Stefan! I hit on somethings that were missed. (in blue) I also deleted a few fragments that Rody wrote. Either way, I still understood the message.
Rody 75= C Stefan 89= B+.

Now for me.. I have quite a few RB motors. I hope that the company continues making great engines.
