From what we were told at the nationals they've just added a little dye to help see it in the tank and differentiate batch level. FYI that's what was used in Scott Kimbrow's open class winning Kyosho M3.

I was under the impression that Ted Hammer was dealing with Tornado.

Who is "Infernoman"?

Hello kschu,

The oil content of the new fuel is the same at 9%. The only difference is we add a red color dye to the fuel, so that you can see the fuel level in the fuel tank. The formular has not change. If you have any question, plese let me know.

Thanks for using the fuel :)

Hello infernoman2008,

You can contact Putnam Propulsion for the fuel. He has fuel for sale. If you need more info, please let me know.

I was lucky enough to get my supply from a guy at the 1/10th Nationals. I use 16% and the red color does help a lot to determine the level of fuel in the can. I opened my engine after a whole can of fuel was ran through it, and the engine looks just like the day I bought it. This fuel is amazing, everything is just so clean inside. I ran my fringer through the inside and I did feel the leftover lubraction. So far so good. Only side effect is a slimmer wallet.
