Like I said to TopGun. I would like to see them try. They cannot enforce this statement as soon as someone has paid and owns the product. It becomes the persons personal possession and they can then do as they see fit with it which means they are quite within their rights to modify and sell the product on providing they dont claim the engine as their own. To add to this they are also well within their rights to put a signature marking on the engine providing they dont remove any markings which clearly show the engine brand name.

If Novarossi tried taking this to court even a 4yr old kid would be able to tie them up and make a laughing stock out of them.

Totally agree and strongly support your comment! Well said. Now, let's get back and mod the $hit out of what we paid for.

What do you know about freedom in other countries, other than what you get fed from the media?

Been there?

If you wanna see real personal freedom, go travel!

I think, someone steps on official modifiers toes.
They start lossing profit and try to bring it on.
I think Trinity will cry later on, loosing profit. It is better for them to clear this thing out with Novas, or people might go to other brands, which will be modded and work better ( it is already done and working very good).

Cheaper, too! I couldn't believe my eyes when I see the price of Novarossi engines listed on Trinity's website. I just couldn't bear to believe that was a fact!

Well, very soon we will try to change it. We are trying to bring better quality and better design engines on market with cheaper price. Even spare parts will be much cheaper then the others can offer(not for Novas parts).
