Default STARTER BOX????

Instead of using a 12 volt battery. Could a person use two of the large 6volt flashlight batteries hooked together and get the same results out of a starter box.. Was just wondering if it would work or not.

Default box

I am really new to nitro and have only used a car battery for the box. Could I use tow 7.2 volt nimh packs and how much starting power would I have.

You can use 2 x 7.2 volt nimh battery packs in series to power your starter box, (total volt will be 14.4 volts) it will actually be around 15 to 16 volts when the batteries are fully charged.
