Default PT engines and Bodies

Hi all, A question, about the Pro Tourer class or Open Gas class, is there a limit on the size/ Hp of the engines that can be used?

Also, is there any truth to the "rumor" that there must be 4 "doors" on the body shells for 200mm chassis?

Cheers
