serpent ain't good??? tell me why... i mean with their on going cars... S120, S400, 720, 960... if it ain't good why do ppl still piloting them n still winning races??? I've seen a lot other racers using xray, kyosho, mugen, but they all r fast because of the racers... does any car give u superior performance in a race??? if it does, then pls let me know, i'll buy that car for sure..! well, i have the $$$...

Very well said by the great Mr. Smith. I heard a very similar story from a Lola engineer working on a new F2 car. He basically stated that any decision about the rate of progression to put into the bellcranks would be wrong for most circumstances so they stuck with 1:1. Can't go wrong with linear.

Maybe Harry, this is the part you should be paying attention to, your ability to understand the car. Nobody said that the car was easy to understand but it was fast when the setup was correct.

Steve, you should read my posts...I never said the car wasn't fast...My issue, and those who posted with me, was Serpent's handling of the marketing, and lack of support for the customers who laid out a lot of money for Salven's vision.....

And please DO NOT assume I can not and did not understand the car....You are barking up the the wrong tree questioning my abilities in setting up a RC car.....

Oilman:

The first shipment is arriving next monday, so they should be on Hobby Shops later on the week.

Wizby:

At this moment we have confirmed Doug to be at the show, because we have a lot of things going on, I am trying to be there on saturday and sunday. We got the booth recently so I couldn't plan in advance, but still doing the effort.

Unhappy

Check out the latest news about Serpent:

Looks like they are bankrupt and selling off everything.
