Maybe i didn't give enough smileys in my previous post....

I don't want to go into detail about durability, indeed with Mugen it is easier to change part on a more regular base, but in the end, the total price you spend on your car in a race season is the same, so what is the benefit?.....

But what was good of mugen, was there price strategy in Europe with lowering there prices up to 40%....
Now prices will go up again next year, but with how much, I don't know.....

Iím so agree. Enjoy and have fun with the car you have.
Even with 2 brains left in our world, then there will be fighting.
Have fun in the weekend with your Mugenís, Serpentís, X-Rayís or what else your race.

Serpent just came out with their new 1/8th scale, the 977 Viper. According to http://www.serpentamerica.com the 977 kit is selling very well!

Paolo Morganti has been spanking everyone in his normal manner and added the Serpent Cobra GT to his race entries since last year. Walter Diaz (Serpent Team) strapped on a Cobra Gt at the Airtronics L.A. race and TQd with ease and had the rear diff get unhappy with him or he and Paolo would have dazzled us even more.

I had no idea about the previous situation with the company move etc. It's been a boom for Serpent since the GT came out though. If you don't have one you'll be beat by one.
