I botched the flyer (called IGT class ITC) and here is the revision, also here are some basic rules for that class, although it is a "demo" class we plan to ru it jut as the other classes at the regionals and there will be trophies for U IGT guys as well!!

G.W.

GT Rules:

Any 2wd or 4wd 1/8th offroad buggy/truggy based chassis (Kyosho, OFNA, etc)

Any tires (rubber is recommended and works best on this track)

Any engine .28 and smaller

Any body specifically made for GT/Rally type racing (Kyosho, OFNA, Protoform, etc)

Body Cutouts: Rear window and front driver and passenger windows may be cut out completely. Cooling and filling holes may be cut in front window and roof. Antenna, pipe, and igniter holes

Max fuel tank size 150cc

Transmission may be single or 2 speed

Come have fun and if there are any concerns or issues raised by any IGT racer, we will deal with it at the track. This is a demonstration class and we hope to see some new faces

Yes U can pay at the track, entries will close at 8:00am Saturday. I am hoping that we will get most of the entries prepaid through the mail and here are the reasons why.

1). It expedites getting information into the computer and allows for faster heat setup.

2). We have an idea from pre entries what to spend on awards. It takes our trophy folks at least 1 week to do the trophies for an event. If we have a lot of last minute entries, there is a strong possibility that awards for added mains will have to be made and sent to the racers at a later date.

3). Even without counting awards, t-shirts etc. we also have to manage the race costs.

Parking lot rental - $600.00 for a 3 day event

Portable toilets (2 for a big race) - $230.00

MMR Track Grip Adhesive - $260.00

Small dumpster for trash - $150.00

Gasoline for generators - $35.00

Lunch for race personell - $60.00

Amount of fun at G.L.A.R.C.R.C. events - PRICELESS!!

OK, so far, $1330.00 just to put this thing on, decent awards will be in the range of $700.00 to $1000.00 so YES we hope that there will be a lot of pre-entries so if U can...get them in A.S.A.P.

If you go to post number 7 in this thread there is a flyer attachment. It will tell you where to send payment to in order to enter the race. Somebody else will have to answer regarding a refund if you don't make it. Usually entry fee is not refundable, but Glenn will answer that for you.
