Looks like a fun project for you. A couple things you might want to think about.
If you plan on running rubber tires on this car you will have troubles going over 100mph without those tires blowing apart. As narrow as those front tires you are going to have serious issues with steering stability at any speed! With a narrow width, and no suspension this car will be a handful to drive at any speed. I don't want to be a downer in this for you, but I'd hate to see you toast the entire car and turbine on one run. There are lots of guys who have done speed runs with rc cars at 100mph + and they were all a handful to drive at speed. That's with a full suspension and foam tires, and a wide wheelbase.
