For those of us interested in racing on Sunday...can we register on Sunday morning or would it be helpful for the race director to receive our PT# and channel preferences earlier?

Looking forward to a day of struggling yet enjoyment.

Ralph...just sent you and e-mail to your TQ address with my PT# and channels. I hope this helps makes registration easier for you.

Also...to all those attending...I'll be selling a lot of stuff, so feel free to stop by and ask me what I have...I'd rather sell it local first. Just feel like I need to start over.

Hopefully someone has internet access up there. Someone ask Ralph to call me. I just got the ROAR membership list and need to get it to him.

You all did join ROAR, right?

Stopped by and enjoyed the racing today - my son is 4 it was the first time he saw anything other than me playing with a car in the driveway - he loved it - took some pictures - here are some examples - unfortunately rc/tech as a size limit for attachments so these were really cut to fit. If someone like Ralph or Jim wants to contact me a can burn a disc (I have about 140 shots - some better than others) and send to you to give folks a copy or use for NERCAR or ROAR use.

What a great event...it was a pleasure seeing so many racing friends. The NERCAR TEAM did an outstanding job...(sorry its been a long time racing with this club...and I've forgotten so many of the members names...but their commitment to the club is a testament why its been around for so long!!!) I will be back...

Congratulations to all the Region 1 racers who participated!!! What a strong turn-out. Hats off to Richie S., he ran a excellent race and has proven once again he is the man to chase in Region 1 for 1/8th scale.

Not sure who was the winner in 1/10th but I believe it was Jamie C. I can not believe the qualifying times the sedans were running.

Again...an outstanding job by NERCAR and thanks to the Jim L., the region 1 director for coming out to support the event.

If anyone is interested in any 1/8th items or KO Radios...please let me know. Send me a PM.

See everyone in a year

NERCAR ROCKS!!!

Special thanks goes out to Ralph, Andrew, Gail, Larry, Hank, and the rest of the NERCAR group for taking on this race. These people put in a tremdous effort to have this race, and they did a great job. And Ralph deserves a medal for giving up his own racing to run the event for you racers.

I also want to thank Stephen Sohl for setting this up with Grand Prix New York. Combining RC with karting and show cars was a brilliant idea. It gave our hobby some much needed exposure. Thanks also to anyone else who helped with this event that I didn't mention.

And thanks to Richie and Brooklyn Hobbies for sponsoring the event.

Overall, what did everyone think of this race, combined with the other things there?

Congrats to Jamie and Richie on their wins and NERCAR on holding a successful race. Wish I could have been there but had to hold down the fort at 360.

It was a good weekend of racing. Wish I had finished the main, but that's just racing. Being able to get home so early was even better.

Well run event......the whole NERCAR crew did a fantastic job.

Congrats to Richie Siriano and Jamie Carrado on their wins.
