Default MTX4 adjustable or stock rear sway bar ?

Need a little help here gentleman, i have the adjustable rear blade sway bar on my sedan, a friend of mine told me @ crystal park i should run the stock sway bay and that the adjustable blade sway bar is too much at crystal park.. all help is appreciated thanks.....

I ran the 2.5mm bar at CP 2 years ago, not sure if the track changed. I use the 2.5mm bar all the time.

I took the blade off as well. It just feels better to me. I also run the 2.5 all the time.
