You can find plenty of info in the FW05R and FW05RR threads as the FW06 is practically an FW05 series car with new electronic box, fuel tank, rear lower arms, shock mount support brackets, body shells.

It is a great car, and still the only shaft driven car that can come close to the belt driven racers.

car looks almost (i say almost) to the 05t, which is a good thing. i just hope the carbon upper deck is compatible with the 05 because the 06 seems to be the main thing being stock as in parts. if it is similar to the 05, then it should handle pretty well.

Having owned an FW-05T and now an FW-06 i can say they are both very similar. Both run the same engine and 2 speed transmission. It has similar suspension set up to the V-One RRR and the parts are transferable between FW-05T, R, RR and S aswell and V-One RRR.

I love this car. all ive done is add the Kyosho Tuned pipe and mainifold, foam tyres and a few little pieces here and there and it flies and handles great.

already doing

maple story mesos “It’s more to feel like you got a trophy for doing something special, but in no way would this increase your character power. We didn’t want to force you into weird sorts of gameplay that you wouldn’t be doing anyway; we wanted it to more be sort of a reflection of what players were already doing.”

Recently bought a 06 new and have now run the engine in. I notice that after i run the car there is a pool of what looks to be fuel just behind the gearbox. Does anyone else have this problem and a resolution?

It should be oil leaking from your engine. There are three area oil is likely to leak from. Main bearing, but it is not much you can do as high grade German bearing would cause more than a brand new stock engine. The end cap and the join which the carburetor and the casing meet. You can seal it properly by using liquid gasket. Hope this help, And the fw06 is a great car for parking lot racer as it have the same suspension as the RRR and a very reliable shaft transmittion.

could it be that its still running rich from your break in period. lean it out a bit and that should minimise some of the oil your finding from the exhaust. hope that helps a bit.

where doesnt the GXR leak from? Carby, pullstart housing, front bearing, manifold etc. get rid of the GXR and get a decent rear exhaust engine. I have swapped the GXR for a Novarossi N12TS1/RT to run in the pullstart class.
