Yeap, it looks as if they when back 2 mins which was the time when the lap times went up do to the rain... at the 17:00min mark...

Yup, thats a hige break for Lissau then as long as his car wasn't damaged when he came off because he wont be allowed to work on it if it is until the race restarts as it was after the 25% mark of the race.

Not from IFMAR but the financial implications are huge as far as potential dollars from manufacturers.
