My NTC3 was running great all day until I made a classic bone head move right before the main. I decided to switch tire brands and shore ratings. My car was out of control! Needless to say I DNF.
Hey, what car was yours??? I was on a TQ run in second when I crashed with a lapper and that when the link popped off. Mark was able to pop it back on, but I was off TQ pace by then.

But, having said that, when I once switched tire brands, my car went from dialed to a POS. As my buddy said after the main, "How could such a good car go so bad!!"

NTC3Nut-e-mail me for MORR set-up if you want mine. That is unless you took one look at my car and said "what a piece!!".

Ray, I was pitting two tables away from you, on the other side of Eric (Trunk). I came over from Toledo with Bill Bridges and the rest of the guys. My NTC3 had the blue/red/purple mystic paint job with chrome flames and no stickers (later to be found in the trash can). You can drop me an e-mail with set-up info at [email protected]. Help is always appreciated, and a NTC3 would have to be pretty bad for me to think it was a POS! I love these cars, I sold a MRX-3 with a JP .21 Worlds engine to finance my addiction. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

Corse-R > Or anyone, at what point do you think I should set the 2nd gear kick in in big wide track.

My new gears are coming in this week and I'll test them this weekend.

With kit gear ratio and kit setup of 2 speed, it kicks in just right after the car enters the 53 meter back straight from again long sweeper.

Would one third of the straight be perfect?

My RB X12 turbo seems to make screaming sound throughout the straight.
Do you think it's the symtom of early gear change or too lean?

Here's the picture of the track.

Any comment will be appreciated.

BTW, NTC3 is really rock solid and handling is awsome even at high speed.
I love it.

Thanks.

It's kzspeedway.
Bit too large for 1/10 though.
I try not to loose the car somewhere in the middle of back straight.

Default Barry Baker

is obviously running side exhaust now.
Wonder if this has anything to do with the tuning problems that some of us have and others deny that they are existing

I don't think Barry is running Side Exhaust. I think that is coastaltony's car since he said Barry gave him the new tank

stefan
BB was running the FT blue rear exhaust pipe.
Also, he had copper springs on F/R.
I did not take a pic of his car, the pic I attached is a shot of the new tank, on my NTC3.
The OEM makes lots of tanks, they made the GT & original NTC3 tank.

Not Barry's car. He only runs O'Donnel heads on his RB motors.

new tanks don't have the old nipple. old tanks can be sealed with a screw (it's what I did and it works fine.)

Just got my self a Nitro TC3 yesterday!! Can't wait to run it! I'm goig to put RB X.12 in it. Any good setup for foam tires on a parking lot?

People keep tellling me that NTC3 is fast! and the car is really easy to work/setup. I have a Serpent Impulse Pro and Tamiya GT10R (chaft drivein also) I hope this car ruh good. But..I hear that NTC3 is really fragile?? is it true?? What parts that usually/commonely broke on this car?

Hi Guys,

We just got more Kawahara NTC3 Micro Centax clutch in stock. They are available on our website right now. This centax clutch uses a small flywheel and it comes with a set of low CG engine mounts to go with it.

Thanks
