I have a few MT's modded by Richey and Palmaris Racing. We use 30% fuel 8 to 12 % oil, with McCoy mc8 and mc9 plugs, they run real good in the 240 temp range.

Also for you guys having problems with Powerline K parts. I placed an order Sat. and it said in my cart that nothing was in stock. I got conformation from them today that they shipped the complete order, So I dunno???

Let's add some nitro...

I'm working on a laydown throttle servo mod. This mod is not something just laydown the throttle servo, but with servo, battery, receiver relocated.

It's designed around 800mAh AAA 5cells battery pack, KO 302 receiver, AMBrc transponder, and two KO 2173 servos. I don't know exact location of CG yet, early CG test shows it's about the same with stock radio plate. But all electronics are now under radio plate with lowest position you can get, nothing above..

What you see above is placeholder, I haven't send the design to manufacture yet (still working on that). Hopefully it will all happen in next 2 weeks...

Cool laydown setup. How about angling the motor towards the center to lower the cg?

Perhaps this has been covered, so please forgive me for being redundant..

I am new to car racing and would like to try nitro sedan. Is the NTC3 RTR a good start? As my skill progresses is it upgradable? Is it competitive out of the box?

Thanks for any help,

Charley

yes,it is.i started nitro rc with the ntc3 rtr.but now, have the more faster ntc3 rtr plus.it comes with 2 speed so u dont have to upgrade later on.if u want to upgrade to all factory team parts,u may also get a brand new or used ntc3 factory team kit as ur skills progress, coz it cost more to buy the parts individually that come standard with the ntc3 ft.so u can sabe money to buy other things.hope this helps

NTC3 cant do that because the locaiton of carb and exhaut hole, unless you made a custom engine completely.
