Hmmmm............You decided against the 705 because of your budget so you decide to get a NTC3 and now you want to get those hopups for it. Just the price of the Centax added to the price of the NTC3 will put the cost over te 705.

If you do get the NTC3, there is no need to get an aftermarket chassis and upper deck. Spend the money on tires and spare parts. As for the clutch, try the $12 MIP clutch shoes before you spend the big bucks on the Kawahara Centax.

Here's K-Factory's new "Heavy Duty" shock tower. Uses 5 screws vs. 3, actually looks like they put some thought into it.

hmmmm.... well im prob goin to get those hop ups over time.... but first its the car wit the novarossi and a new radio...... but i will eventually get the 705..... its just ive heard alot .... and everyone at my club last year, well the top 12 or somethin all had ntc3's and more than 50% of the ppl this year have them too... but dont wrry .... ill get a 705 too

and u know, i might end up gettin either of the ntc3, mtx3 or 705... all depends on how much $$$$ i get.... i might just save up and then when i get my job ill get it... i dunno... i havent even sold my car yet

NTC3NUT- Where u get the JP engines? i been lookin everywhere and i really want either of the two you say you have preferably the s3 if it isnt 2 much $$$...

You can pick them up off Ebay, or one of several sources in the US. Expect to pay at least $250 for a JP12.

just raced my first nitro race of the season (carpet is finally over, lol) TQ'd by over a lap with my TC3, however i ran into an interesting problem, the two speed clutch melted into the center bulkhead, i ended up shimming it and dremeling away some of hte center bulkhead now it is all good, however i figure it would just mention it to everyone so it doesnt happen to them.

dont know of any other use for them

cool... but wouldn't this attract fuel, dirt and grime, that would cause your clutch to slide... this was the reason i didn't get the LW version in the first place...

how's the shifting of your NTC3? we have a hard time getting it to work properly... any suggestions?

my personal suggestion, before running, get these to tune your car's handling, and just work from there, the car handles quite well as is...

1st - proper gearing for your track
2nd - stiffer clutch springs
3rd - optional springs for the suspension, red , purple, yellow
4th - bumper, like RPM
5th - good tires

like what frekah said, you don't need to change your chassis or upper deck just yet, better to spend on tires and track time...

could it be that the 2speed clutch was too loose? (the 2 silver balls)

i dont think so, it shifted fine and i have never had any problems before (i had cleaned and rebuilt the car per manual spec and it only had like 5 runs on it when it happened). now that its shimmed its fine though.

HI! I just took my ntc3 out for a spin today. My car keep having some problem. When I gas it the car take a while for it to accelerates and it take off slow, can someone please help me out, telling me what to adjust? Also while running the car for a while I have another problem, my car suddendly locks up. I don't know what happen, I run the car and then brake, the car just locked up. The 2 speed won't move at all, can someone please help me out? Thank very much! HElp is very apperciated.
