It will die right away. I found out that if i let the Glow igniter on the glow plug, it will not die at idle. But it is a new glow plug and i have been doing that for last 3 praticeS. Someone told me that i may need to try to add a 0.1 mm shim under turbo head? Anyone knows why is doing that and what is the problem.
what glow plug are you using? and what idle needle position? Is clutchingaged on time, no too early? So many varibles can create this problem. Give more info please.

US Matrix. TopGun has some good advice as do others in this forum. If you can provide more info then it will be a little easier to help you.

I'm not an expert like TopGun is but first thing that came to my mind is your conrod might be going bad. I had an STS RS3 that was blowing plugs every 3 min. It turned out that half of the top bushing was missing causing all kinds of timing problems! Another thought is your idle stop, like TG suspects.

In addition to TG's questions, When you replace the glow plug, what does the 'bad' one look like? Is the coil broken or shrunk really small? what shim(s) is on the head now?

I know of the old x12 nova engines but is this one a new nova or a mod?
It is Mugens version of the NS12 being made for them by novarossi. It is not a mod it is a new addition to their line up.

Default How to balance crankshaft?

Does anyone know how to balance the crankshaft after grinding on it? Or does it even even to be balanced?

It is good question and it was already a lot of posts about it on this forum. I don't think anybody can give you universal advice. At list I can't. There is two type of balancing and when you do your grinding you have to take to concidiration both-statick and dynamic. I preferd to pay more attention to dynamic balancing, but again it is very questionable and many times was discuse.
No, no real universal advice , sorry.
