G'Day guys,
Seen you all having so much fun i thought i would join you. With some help from nightmare, the pro kit with the new alumium steering rack, is halfway built. Just extracting the OS from the old neo pro ready for the insertion. Great hints and tips on the build, makes life soooo much easier.

Not bad. try and get the lowest gearing you can find for the car (currently I'm running 16/21 clutch bell, I want 15/20, butthey only have the 15 in aluminum). My OS stays in low to mid RPM down the straight. It's a bit better now, but before when 2nd gear hit, it felt like someone kicked the car in the back and it just took off.

LD3 Pro Good Car for the Parking Lot
I have this car. This car is only good for the parking lot.. More like a practice car.
What a waste of time and money..

, I guess I just waisted my money on a second LD3 car for outlaw......
Seriously....look over your setup, I have messed around w/ it and seen the cars handeling can vary greatly just by changing things in the set-up. ...
Your entitled to your opinion, I saw three Ld3's run last sunday, one of which didn't seem to work for the guy no matter what he did, of course I'm sure set-up had alot to do with it. But this same guy running a Mugen drives real well (there are alot of mugens, so set-ups are easier when you get collective input from everyone.)
Spend some time on the track and get the right spare parts to adjust for your track, I'm sure the car won't dissapoint you.
And read through the posts here, this is where I got my collective knowledge about tips and tricks
again, thanks to all you guys for the help...learning to love this car more and more.

Sway Bar Question
OK, I may have asked this b4, but here it goes...
In the mad mad rebuild I installed the front sway bars. However, while I see the little adjuster 'knob' on the left side of the car, I'm not sure which way maked the bar do what. is 10 o'clock neutrat? Hard? Soft? What?
I gota figure it out, because the front end now has tons o grip. I'm working with oversteer here, and I haven't got to replacing teh diff oil yet!

LD3 Pro Wacky and Garbage
Like I said. This car is a waste of money.. Low end car for me.. At first I was thinking it might be close to the TC3 so I decided to buy one. Come to think of it the TC3 was also garbage..
This is why I just decided to stick with my S705 and R40.
Engine and Suspension Tuning provides good results but hell with the LD3..
