VRC radio set-up help

Hello Electric onroad guy trying out this nitro video game, Is there any special nitro radio set-up that would make the car more user friendly. using a 3PK

I use a 3PJ with the steering set to 120% and the rest 100%. Steering expo set to -20%.

The rest is a set-up issue. Lots of goot setups at 3hobby.net and on VRC's won website ... start with those.
