Yes, not much, it goes a tiny bit beyond the point when real airforce is needed for blowing up so it realy takes away the top pressure.
Funny thing when you block the tailpipe, for sure when you have half throttle

I got the first prototype from Brian/ Edward but never got a chance to get it to work. I may give this a try. thanks

Finding different balloons in such a small size is difficult, I did stretch one before mounting so it became a bit softer and yes it will take more air, larger balloons are not easy to fit....
The engine seems to pick up faster without strubbling.
